STUDENT CONCERNS

My student concern about on Forensic Photography that handle that time by Mr. Jopher F. Nazario is about inc grade that I
have that lead to become failing grade because I can't complied to the days period that Mr. Jopher gave to me. The reason why
I have an inc mark to my grades because I can't take a midterm examination during that time that's why I lose several points
that can have a big factor to my grades.

ACTIONS TAKEN / PROPOSED INTERVENTION

The actions taken that Mr. Jopher give to me, to achieve the passing grade this subj is to retake it. That's why I retake it now in
my 1st sem, 3rd year level.
