Q3. How to create tables in MS word describe the following of tables.

Ans:- Table is structure of vertical columns and horizontal rows with a cell at every in section.

 Create table:-
01) Click insert tab followed by table button
02) Click square representing the lower-right corner of your table .the table design mode
has of many option to work with as shown below.
03) IF you have fancy table style then you can. click on table styles button.
04) To select any of Style, just click the built in table you will see that the selected Styles has
been applied.
 Delete table:-
01) click anywhere in the table you want to delete.
02) Layout tab -Delete table option- Delete table button.

 Table getting:-
 Table- borders
 Table- borders- click line weight that you want.
Formate table:-
 Use table Style format as entire table.
01) click in the table that you want to formal.
02) Table Tools- Design tab -Table Style.
03) click the style to apply it to table.
 Add/remove border:-
01) Table tools- layout tab.
02) Table group - select -Select table.
03) Table toolset -design tab.
04) Table Style group- borders.
(1) Click one of the predefined border
(2) Click borders and shading , click the borders tab , and then choose the opesions that
you want.
 Remove table borders from whole table.

 Add table borders to specified cells only.

01) Table tools- Layout tab- table group – view Gridline.
 Add a cell, row or column:-
01) Click in cell that is lacated just to be the right of are of or above where you want to
insert a cell.
02) Table tools-Layout tab- rows and Columns in Dialogue box hauncher.
