Background
This proposal will present how and why the use of AI-based technologies for screening
potential employees will guide the Human resource department in reducing the time spent on
screening, skill testing and interviewing potential employees. Gone are the days Human
resource department spend hours looking through profiles trying to find one or two good
potential employees to contact.
Problem Statement
There has always been an issue with employee turnover in many organizations, which results
in a loss of resources, quality employees, costs, and knowledge sharing. It is therefore
necessary to emphasize that to reduce the cost of recruitment and increase productivity with
better quality, artificial intelligence (AI) based technology should be incorporated into human
resource recruitment.
Purpose
 To assess how well human resource personnel are able to adapt to the use of artificial
intelligence (AI) in the recruitment process of candidates.
 Implementing artificial intelligence (AI) based technologies to analyze employee
performance
Project description
In order to implement the artificial intelligence-based technology for screening potential
employees and predicting their chances of success after recruitment, the following steps will
be taken:
1. Provide research information on the emerging trend of artificial intelligence as an
innovative technology in human resource recruitment and how beneficial and
effective it is to reduce time-consuming activities by automating the screening of
resumes, matching job requirements and skills of the candidates
2. Deciding the number of employees that will have access to the technology
3. Choosing the plan that is best suited for the organization
4. To obtain approval
5. Prepare for implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) based technology
6. Pilot test the artificial intelligence (AI) based technology
7. Prove training
8. Check for bugs and erros
9. Implementing the final phase of the artificial intelligence (AI) based technology
10. Providing technical support during and after implementation
With these steps, you will be able to tie together all the information on artificial intelligence
recruitment and implementation and why it’s being used to screen candidates.
Schedule
A period of two months will be required for the implementation and training of this
technology. It is expected that the training of human resource personnel will have been
successfully completed within the second month of implementation. Despite the fact that I do
not anticipate any problems during the implementation period, the timeline is subject to
change if any problems arise.

Conclusion
It has been proven that innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) based
technologies facilitate a better recruitment process and boost employee performance if
applied strategically. Improved employee performance can be attributed to increased
productivity, automation, training programmes, and accurate reports. Consequently, with the
implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) based technology, employees are able to
perform better and indicate highly significant factors in predicting performance.
