Images With Blur Effects

Here we proposed a system where image can be blurred by using different types of
filter and system also restores the image to original image. System allows creating
2-D filter. System blurs the image by using various filter type. Each filter requires
additional parameters to blur the image. System includes filter type such as
average, disk, laplacian, log, motion, prewitt and sobel. System adds noise to the
image. System also removes noise from the image for better view. For each type of
filter , System requires different argument. Based on the type and argument system
will perform blur on image. User can save image with different effects. System
manipulates the image based on type of filter and argument.

 System provides different effects to the original image.

 System allows the user to enter input for the image and allows to manipulate
the image according to their preference.
 System also helps the user to add noise to the image.
 User can remove the noise from image.
 System allows the user to save the image with different effects.
 System also allows the user to restore the manipulated image to original
image.
 System gives different type of blur effect to the image.

Disadvantages:

 Output image will be in black and white.

 This system can be used for image manipulation.
