(NON ACADEMICS)
Based on Written Examination held on 29.05.2022, the offer of appointment to
Waiting list candidates for the post of Junior Residents (Non Academics) is being
uploaded on hospital website.

1. The Performa of Offer of Appointment (Memorandum) is at Annexure ‘A’.

2. The last date of joining is 16.06.2022.
3. The letter of acceptance of offer is at Annexure ‘C’.
4. List of Selected Candidates at Annexure ‘B’.
5. The selected candidates can download the offer of appointment letter from the
hospital website www.rmlh.nic.in (as per list of candidates at Annexure-B) and
bring it at the time of joining/reporting.
6. Joining of candidates will be subject to verification of their original
documents. Candidates are advised to produce following documents in Original
at the time of joining :-
a. 10th class certificate for DOB
b. All years mark sheet of MBBS
c. Degree of MBBS
d. Registration in DMC
7. Reporting time for joining is 10.00 AM to 11.00 AM at HA-II Section,
Academic Block, Ground Floor, ABVIMS Building on all working days.
8. Department will be provided as per vacancy position on first come first serve
basis.

MEMORANDUM
The Medical Superintendent is pleased to offer, Dr. _________________________ for the Post of
Junior Resident (Non Academics)) on purely temporary basis for a period of one year on satisfactory
performance in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi on the following terms and conditions:-
1. Emoluments: Revised Pay Rs. 56100-1,77,500/- Plus applicable admissible allowances in pay matrix
(level 10) under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016.
2. The appointment is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:-
a. He/She being declared medically fit by the competent authority.
b. Submission of marriage declaration of having one living wife/husband in case of married
candidates and taking an oath allegiance /faithfulness to the constitution of India of making a sole
man affirmation to the effect in prescribed forms will be given at the time of joining.
c. Production in original of Degree / Diploma / Certificate, Educational and other technical
qualification proof of date of birth and certificate of registration in DMC. Copy of Adhar Card
for biometric attendance is to be submitted to the HOD of Place of posting.
d. No private practice of any kind or in shape will be allowed.
e. No TA / DA etc will be allowed for joining purpose.
f. He / She will have to wear White coat and put his/her name plate on it.
g. The services can be terminated at any time without giving any notice or assigning the reason.
h. Submission of Affidavit duly attested by a Notary public as per annexure D.
i. Hospital will not be able to provide hostel accommodation to resident doctors initially for 4-6
months due to shortage of accommodation. However, HRA will be given as per the rules till
accommodation is made available.
j. This offer of appointment is provisional subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility criteria
mentioned in the advertisement.
k. Candidate has to bring 4 passport size photographs for joining formalities. He / She should
bring two passport size photo duly attested by a Gazetted Officer for medical examination.
l. The candidates availing more than 10 days of leave without pay during the tenure, the
number of leave without pay will be mentioned on their experience certificate.
m. Candidate will have to deposit Demand Draft for Rs.10,000/- as refundable Security in favor
of “PAO, Dr. R.M.L Hospital, New Delhi”. The same will be refunded after completion of
tenure/resignation and clearing of all dues.
n. If the candidates resign from the post, must given 30 days prior notice failing which salary of
remaining days should be deposited for claim any dues (Security Money, Last Month Salary,
Certificate etc.)
o. Junior Residents will stands relieved automatically after completion of his/her tenure (after
one year from his/her date of joining).
If the offer is acceptable to him/her on the above terms and conditions, He/she should report to the
undersigned immediately but not later than 16.06.2022. If he/she fails to report for duty by the prescribed date,
the offer will be treated as cancelled without any further correspondence, on the presumption that he/she is
not interested in the job and the post will be offered to waiting list candidate as per merit.
