How to change NE ID to SDH element

Today I want to share with you how to change the NE ID of an SDH element not Gateway
with the Optix Navigator tool.

To get help for a command in the navigator, just put a colon, that is: sensitive word gives you
the possible commands. Example: neid

First, with the calculator that comes with the tool, we calculate the number that corresponds to
the number in decimal that corresponds to the site by planning and the extended ID of our
network, which for the example is 9. Then we copy the number in hexadecimal and copy
:cm-set-neid:0x00Hexadecimal;

In this example

:cm-set-neid:0x00090062;
