CLEP Certification Procedure:

1. Properly fill-out the Application Form/Petition for CLEP Level 1

Certification.

2. Print four (4) copies in a legal size paper and then affix your signature on
each copy. Hand-written signature and not e-signature.

3. Proceed to a Notary Public for the notarization of all four (4) Application
Forms.

4. Prepare and submit to the class beadle the filing fee of P210.00, a 2x2 ID
picture, and a photocopy of any government-issued ID with three
specimen signature.*

5. The filing of the application form in court shall be initiated by Philippine

Law School.

6. The issuance of the certification and the oath-taking ceremony before the
Office of the Executive Judge will then be disseminated through assigned
class beadles/representatives.

* Forstudents outside of Metro Manila, please coordinate with the class beadle to streamline
the timely submission of the requirements.
