1. Evaluate the case as to its facts and issues to be resolved.

2.

HOW TO PRINT OUT THE FINAL VERSION OF THE


DRAFT DECISION/RESOLUTION

1. Print and photocopy final version of the draft decision/resolution.

2.

resolution shall alreadv indicate the ponente of the said


resolution.

3. Provide copy of final draft to AO and Cluster Director for their


initials.

4. Print the final copy of the memorandum stating the parties to be


furnished copies of the decisioniresolutlon.

5. Record the decision/resolution in the DTMS for transmittal to the


Commission Secretariat and Liaison Office (CSLO).
