How to Develop CP Business in Bangladesh

CP is basically a international company. Charoen Phokphand ( CP) is a sister concern group of


CP group Thailand. They started their journey at Bangladesh in 2008. At present their business is
not doing well. That’s why we will discuss some development tactic that can be help to develop
their business in Bangladesh and increase the production.

1. Group of Target Customer:


First of all they should target the customer group for their business. Without targeting
customer group it is quite impossible to increase the sell and development. CP should
target which kind of customer they actually want.
Example: If they set target young groups who loves fast food, they should giving
reminder their brand.

2. Poster Advertising:
One of the cheapest and effective ways to publish the brand to customer is poster
advertising. In front of universities, college, gathered area is more preferable.

3. Social Media Advertising:


Now days, people are not thinking a day without social media browsing. So it is an
effective rout to promote the CP brand to the customer.

4. Product Offer:
People in Bangladesh are fond of offerings product. They like to buy and get concern
about offered product.
Example: Buy to get one free etc

5. Packaging:
The packaging of CP should be unique. They can work on that. Reason is people are like
to remember the product by the packaging system and also evaluate them.
6. Special Event:
Some big chain food organization makes some memorable event. On the other hand CP is
far away from that. They could improve in this section.

7. Geographical Test:
Bangladeshi people are like to eat chili masala on everything. CP can add more it. They
can make product on the perception of Bangladeshi people.

8. Marketing survey:
CP should focus on marketing survey. How customer feel after consuming their product
is important.

9. Marge with Food Delivery Organization:


Now in Bangladesh foodpanda, uber eats, pathao food is available all area. So they can
marge with them for online ordering.

10. Campaign Program:


One of the most effective ways to get closer to customer is campaigning in gathered area.
Basically university, fair, events are more likely for campaigning. CP can target that
particular campaign.
