JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED

WE, LAWRENCE YMAS, of legal age, Filipino, married/single and presently residing at Ciudad
Nuevo Phase 1A Block 04 Lot 01, and NORMA M. CARECENA, of legal age, Filipino,
married/single and presently residing at Block 04 Lot 03 Sabang Naic Cavite , both after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally know MELANI OLIVAR MOBO , being acquaintance for a long

period of time;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that she was a true resident of BLOCK 04 LOT
03 PHASE 1-A CIUDAD NUEVO BRGY TIMALAN NAIC CAVITE;

3. She has been residing in the aforementioned address for a long time;

4. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned

person; and

5. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
