A Veteran Solar Engineer, ever since his first Engineering project during academics in the field of solar energy in the year
1991, hasn’t looked back, Manoj has been involved with every spectrum of solar energy systems and brings with him
nearly three decades of corporate experience across India and Globally, A passionate engineer and a passion for
technology driven renewable energy solutions and custom engineering brought his expertise synergies with overseas
partners for collaboration on various projects. Having served for a period of 28+ years, Manoj operated his own
consulting firm and now part of Arushi Green Energy to explore additional diverse business segments across PAN India
and Offshore.
Shilpa H - Director & Admin
Having a 15 years experience in the field of HR & Admin, is a self motivated women entrepreneur who has given
immense support to the growth of Arushi since Inception of the company , Shilpa is excelled in handling Government
Tenders across PAN India along with total involvement and backup support towards procurement.

Harish PN - Sr. Financial Advisor

A senior Finance Professional with over 30 years of experience in a wide corporate affairs especially in finance
related activities, is equally passionate about renewable energy since last 10 years delivering his best expertise to
the development of Arushi . He is also an Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Shivangoudar GS – Sr. Vice President- E&P

A Technical professional with experience of over 16 years in Solar PV, Electrical, Electronics, Smart grids, Solar Power
Plants and EV Charging. Shivangoudar is an expert in delivering Techno-commercial Analysis with utmost due
diligence & has involved in designing & Project Execution of 70 MWp + Grid Tied, Hybrid, Off Grid Solar Power
Systems.
