The Company's activities expose it to a variety of financial risks, including the effects of changes in market
interest rates, credit and liquidity risk associated with various financial assets and liabilities respectively as
referred in this note. The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the establishment and oversight of the
Company’s risk management framework. The Board is also responsible for developing and monitoring the
Company’s risk management policies. The Company finances its operations through equity, short-term
borrowings and management of working capital with a view to maintaining a reasonable mix and to minimize
risk. Taken as a whole, risk arising from the Company's financial instruments is limited as there is no significant
exposure to market risk in respect of such instruments.
