Terms and conditions

1. The vehicle is offered for disposal on “AS IS WHERE IS” conditions.

2. The upset value of the vehicle has been fixed at Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakh
only)
3. EMD of the highest three tenderers / bidders, will be retained till the selected
tenderer remit the entire accepted amount. EMD of other unsuccessful tenderers /
bidders will be released from our head office immediately on finalizing the process
and on receipt of specific request with bank account details. No interest will be paid
by the Board for the EMD amount remitted.

4. EMD charges of Rs.10,000/- may be credited to the Bank account as below

The remittance receipt mentioning the UTR number should invariably be noted in the
tender/action form. Bid without EMD will be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer / bidder shall be required to remit the balance amount within
seven days of issuing a formal communication of accepting his offer. Failing which,
the EMD and the 20% amount already remitted shall be forfeited in full.
6. The Executive Director Rubber Board may at his discretion, extend the date or
cancel the entire tender or part thereof.
7. Once the release order issued, this office will not be responsible either for safe
custody or for any loss or damage to the subject vehicle.
8. Once the sale is effected, Rubber Board will not be held responsible for any dues in
respect of the vehicle on account of road tax, insurance premium or any item beyond
the date of sale. The vehicle must be shifted from the office premises within 10 days
after getting the order. Ownership of the vehicle shall be transferred to the new
owner immediately.
9. The rate quoted above is including all Taxes.
