MANIFESTO

We members of the Special Weapons and Tactics of Pasig City Police Station, Eastern
Police District, NCRPO have fully understood and will abide to the directives of our CPNP, PGEN
RODOLFO S AZURIN JR, NCRPO Regional Director PBGEN JONNEL C ESTOMO, EPD
District Director PCOL ATTY WILSON C ASUETA and Pasig City Police Station, Chief of Police
PCOL CELERINO M SACRO JR that we will always perform our daily duties and responsibilities
religiously,adhere to the Police Operational Procedure, Napolcom Memorandum Circular
2016-01 and 02, Observe Human Rights and NOT to be involved in any illegal activities such
as graft and corrupt practices, moonlighting, illegal gambling/E-Sabong, not to use of carnap
vehicle, entering houses of ill refutes and or gambling dens, especially RA 9165 and other forms
of criminal acts.

We execute this Pledge to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to support the Chief of
Police.
