Before listening: explaining the new
This skill is very important. It's the
queen of the four skills as it helps
students to speak, communicate with
other and learn vocabulary and
grammar. It's the first receptive
Listening language skill.

Reading receptive language skill which
incluides the following three
levels in sequence.
Students get enough ideas and
information necessary for writing. It
Writing helps learners focus on the purpose
and possible readers of their written
work before starting writing.

During listening: students listen to the
text for the first time, listen a second time.
Post listening: Check students'
understanding of the whole listening.
There are some activities a teacher should use in speaking:
Students make sentences about themselves.
The teacher asks a questions to one student who, in turn, asks
another friend to answer.
He/she tells a learner to ask another learner one question.
Teacher asks a question and encourages students to give short,
realistic answer.
KWL Technique (What i know - What i want to know - what I
learned): The teacher uses a picture or the title to ask the
students. students ask questions to get information. He/she
gives answers to the questions the students asked..
DRTA Technique (Directed Reading Thinking Activity): It's a
comprehension strategy that guides students in asking
questions about a text, making predictions, and then reading
to confirm or refute their predictions.
Before writing: grouping discussion, sunshine
outline, oral brainstorming and interviewing
During writing: Drafting, revising and editing.
Post writing: Publishing students' writing, classroom
discussion and drawing pictures based on the writing.
