Cas, Electric, & M-600 Electric 1, Before installing auxiliary hydraulic controi kit, be ce: and auxiliary foot pedal (center pedal) ie in neutral pos in that machine is not running NOTE: It is important that all fittings be free of dust and dirt, 2, With two 1/2" NPT x 1/2" JIC straight adaptere, connect male half of quick coupler (itera 2) to longest tube (Item 2), and female half of quick coupler (Item 3) to shortest tube (Item 4) and tighten securely. 3. Remove bolt from right side of foot pedal guard and install tube line mounting bracket, Replace and tighten bolt (Item 5). 4. Position tube lines against tube line mounting bracket with longest on top. Arrange tube lines #0 one is on each side of retainer bolt. Loosely bolt retainer strap to tube line mounting bracket with one 3/" x 1" hex serew and nylock hex nut (Item 6). DO NOT. TIGHTEN, Remove the two 1/2" JIC plugs from auxiliary hydraulic ports at rear of machine (Items 7 & 8). Connect shortest tube line (Item 4) to front port of auxiliary hydrauile clreuit (item 7) and longest tube line (Item 2) to rear port of auxiliary hydraulle circuit (Item 8) with two 1/2 JIC x 1/2" JIC straight adapters and tighten securely. 6, With tobe lines properly secured, tighten retaining strap (Item 6). 7, Whydraulic lines are to be used at later date, snap quick coupler dust caps in place. 6545/03
