TE: When making connections, it is important that all fittings be free of dust and dirt. With two 1/2" NPT x 1/2" JIC straight adapters, connect male half of quick coupler (Figure 1; tem 1) to shortest tube (Figure 1; Item 2), and female half of quick coupler (Figure 1; Item 3) to longest tube (Figure 1; Item 4) and tighten securely. Remove bolt from right side of foot pedal guard an‘ install tube line mounting bracket. Replace and tighten bolt (Figure 1; Item 5). pba tee A . 3/8" x 3-3/4" hex Mount hydraulic valve assembly to valve mounting plate with thr. screws, spacers and nylock hex nuts (Figure 1; Item 6). Loosely bolt valve and mounting plate to upright brace approximately 9" from top using ‘two 3/8" x 2-1/2" hex screws and nylock hex nute. Position tube lines (shortest on top) against tube mounting bracket. Arrange tube lines #0 one is on cach side of retainer bolt. Loosely bolt retainer strap to tube line mount- ing bracket with one 3/8" x 1" hex screw and nylock hex nut (Figare 1; Item 7), DO NOT TIGHTEN, Remove the two 1/2" JIG plugs irom auxiliary hydraulic ports at rear of machine (Fig= ure 1; Iteins 8 & 9). Connect longest tube line (Figure 1; Item 4) to front port of auxili- ary hydraulic circuit (Figure 1; Item 8)and short upright tube (Figure 1; Item 10)to-rear port of auxiliary hydraulic circuit (Figure JIC straight adapters.
