The rating scale is provided for reference. The overall score of the employee’s evaluation must be entered in the
Employee’s Overall Score section at the bottom of page 6. Supervisors are to include comments for each
Performance Category in the space provided. If a Performance Category is not related to the employee’s job
duties, place an “N/A” on the score line for that category.

Performance Categories and Definitions

Performance Category 1. Quality of Work

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, displays commitment to excellence, looks for ways to improve and promote quality,
applies feedback to improve performance, monitors own work to ensure quality. Work is completed and submitted in a timely
fashion to meet deadlines.
Comments:
When we started the main focus of the training is more on dealing with flights, I made sure to take down all pointers that Myvi provided
created an SOP as note to myself and shared it with the team so that when Myvi is on leave we can deliver and made sure that all flights
are smooth as much as a possible. I can say when it comes to flight I can proudly say I exceed the expectations.
I would do my best to update my Trello cards on every tasks or update and complete it in a timely manner to tick off those current and
priority tasks.
Although there are some tasks that I am still confused on how to deliver it smoothly when do we have the power to decide on our own
versus waiting for feedback and approval which affects how I deliver my work and tasks, so I still have room for improvement .

Overall I would rate myself 6 as meets job expectation. SCORE 6

Performance Category 2. Quantity of Work

Produces the required amount of work efficiently and in an organized manner within established time frames.
Comments:

I can confidently say I am able to deliver and complete as much tasks that is under my bucket and even able to help or cover some for
my team. Especially when Myvi is away and a lot of things is going on and tasks on different areas such as Paraiso, Travels, Boracay and
the new office but we were able to deliver, there is some delay on some parts that is not on our control but we still find a way to deliver it
within the timeframes. Some are due to our capacity but we still try to make up for it.

I must say though that prioritization is also an issue when a lot of things is going on which now that Myvi is back it is more easier for us.

Comments:
I truly believe that I am capable and have the skills for the job but I can also say that some tasks I have never worked on in my past job.
One thing I can guaratee is that I am open to learn and do what it takes to get the job done.
Doing a proper research, throrough checking on Trello or GC to understand and pick up tasks will also provide a better understanding of
task, as my contribution to others been trying my best to provide update on GC's or Trello especially if I'll be on off oe leave so that
everyone knows what to pick up.
Although I cannot deny that there is still a lot things I need to learn and I am open to accept more challenges and new leanrings.

Comments:
I believe a have a good relationship with everyone in the team and work with them collaboratively. When Myvi is away all assistants had
a sit down and give our feedback to each to help improve ourselves.
When capable I am happy to assist on tasks so it can be completed and dealt with but there are also instances that I am not sure when to
take over especially if one of the assistant is already working on that specific tasks considering that we have different approaches unless it
has handed over to me or for everyone to pick up.

inquiries and takes follow-up action. Accurately and effectively presents and interprets the company's policies, practices and
procedures to the public. Is open, receptive, and approachable and interacts with the public with sensitivity, tactfulness and
politeness.
Comments:
I believe that an improvement is on going with this regards and slowly learning espc. when I observe Nika dealing with suppliers. To add,
with my previous work our approach is different on this matter but I am slowly adjusting to how we or the team handle this matter.
E.i. The instances with Cesar and Carmela (Globe), when frustrations is on top as I was passed through different contact and I have a
deadline to meet and when its due I was provided with an uncertainty and no definite answers. For a fact that internet is the No.1 priority
to be completed before Iceland team will arrive and it happens that Easter holiday is coming.

Demonstrates independent ability to recognize and carry out tasks without direct supervision. Completes tasks within appropriate

Comments:

I would rate myself meet expectation as I truly believe that whatever task I take and given to me I would do my best to complete it as
much soonest possible time, provide updates in Trello or sometimes in GC esp. for urgent concern. I always try to make a concise and
throrough with the update that I am providing. Also making sure that I made a thorough research of all possible ways before providing
them answers to queries.
I'm used to work on tasks with no knowledge and finding my own ways to do it, it takes time sometimes but I will always make sure that it
is completed. Although with the current setup there are a few tasks that we have different approaches and as stated in No. 4 I am confused
sometimes when to take initiatives - this is where an adjustment is needed from my end.

Performance Category 7. Judgment and Use of Resources

Comments:
I believe that I still have a lot to learn on this end as we still don't have access to ALL and existing resources we have such as contacts,
suppliers, etc.. One more thing is that with the preferences of RP that requires decision making e.g. items to buy on his behalf versus the
amount.
Also, I am still confused when, where and what we can decide on our own and when they need approval - this is the time that Myvi is
away.

Comments:
I believe that I am able to communicate well in providing updates orally and written.

Comments:
When Myvi is away we encourages to meet and have a weekly sync and update for all the prioritize and current tasks to know where we
can help each other.

When I work closely with Pau during their flights I would consistently provided her feedback on how she should handle things and what
to prioritize.

Comments:

Similar to No. 9, I tried to be of guidance and suggest ideas but to be honest it is hard to be consistent as I am also working on a few
things on my plate, especially travel and flights that is quite complicated.
