This endorsement is issued with a great pleasure to Mr. Dhananjay Bhati for application in the
LL.M. programme of your esteemed university. Mr. Bhati is known to me since the admission
in the bachelor course namely B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati
University, Gandhinagar, India, as student. During this span, I have taught him various subjects
of law including Family Law — Il, Labour & Industrial Laws, and Intellectual Property Laws
as core subjects; and Trademark Drafting, Patent Drafting, and Intellectual Property & Artificial
Intelligence as IPR (Hons.) subjects. He has displayed utmost sincerity in classrooms by being
most punctual, disciplined, and enthusiastic throughout the flve years' course.

From an academic point of view, he has consistently remained a toper in IPR (Hons.) subjects
in all the calendar semesters which are a matter of great pride as his teacher. Mr. Dhananjay has
displayed learning qualities in abundance as he has been the most enlightened student in the
class. The first thing I learned about him was his curiosity to know more which motivated me to
impart lessons to the entire class with much more vigor. While teaching Artificial Intelligence
and Intellectual Property Law, I had some fruitful discussions with him. His creative ideas and
critical analysis spoke volume about his academic excellence and out of the box thinking
abilities.

I can undoubtedly vouch for the fact that any member of the faculty who has taught him during the five
years of his course will have nothing but the highest regard for his enthusiasm to learn and interact in
the classroom. The relationship he possesses with every staff including the management, dean and
teaching staff of the University is highly appraisable. He has consistently participated and volunteered
in all the national and International conferences. He has also drafted two policies for Karnavati
University which includes Internal IPR policy and Startup policy for the Karnavati University. His
active contribution for publishing blogs and articles in the Universities journal and monthly newsletter

is indeed appreciable. Besides, he has been

Research associate at Center for Intellectual Property Studies and helped us to organize
national conferences and workshops on IPR.

I strongly recommend Mr. Dhananjay Bhati for a Masters course at your esteemed
University. I am genuinely Impressed with his inquisitive nature and his drive and
motivation to bring about a change and do something for the society. His analytical
skills, thoroughness of law and brilliant reasoning capabilities makes him one of the best
