    In view of Orders No. 896/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30.12.2021 and No.
    1/RG/DHC/2022 dated 12.01.2022 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, all matters
    are taken up for hearing through Virtual Mode only.

    Fresh chargesheet has been filed. It be checked and registered as per rules.

    Present: Shri Deepak Kumar Jha, Ld. APP for the State through VC.
    IO/ASI Mahesh Kumar in person joined VC through Court System.

    Heard.
    On the basis of the Challan and other material available on record, I
    hereby take cognizance of offences under Section 279/304 of the Indian Penal
    Code and Section 134(A)/187 of Motor Vehicle Act alleged to be committed as per
    the chargesheet, against the accused.
    Accused is stated to be on Police Bail. Issue summons against the
    accused and notice to his surety, returnable on 01.07.2022.
    Copy of the order be given dasti to Investigating Officer, as prayed.
