Business : Case Record is received on transfer vide order dated 22.11.2022 from
Hon&#039ble Special Judge, Nagaon. Seen the seizure list, sketch map and
FSL report along with the charge sheet. The I.O of this case has submitted
Charge-Sheet for offences Under Section 21(b)/21 of NDPS Act against the
accused persons namely Shahjahan Ali, Ilias Ansary, Nur Jamal Islam and Samsul
Islam who are on court bail. Issue summons to the accused persons. The learned
counsel for the zimma petitioner is present. Heard the learned counsel in respect
of the zimma petition no 6706/2022 filed by the petitioner/accused Ilias Ansary.
Perused the case record. Vide the seizure list bearing MR no. 79/22, amongst
others, one POCO C3 mobile handset was seized which is sought by the aforesaid
zimma petitioner in his custody. However, the aforesaid phone was seized from
the accused Sahjahan Ali. Hence the zimma petition is kept pending till
appearance of the accused Shahjahan Ali and will be considered on the next date
fixed. Fixing: 01.03.2023 for appearance.
