Guidelines are not being followed, NSDL may impose Monetary Penalty on my branch or may lead to
deactivation of the branch. I can operate my business smoothly by adhering below mentioned NSDL
Guidelines:

➢ The registered system will always be made available in the registered office premise.

➢ The system used for acceptance will have genuine Operating System (Windows) &

Anti-Virus.

➢ The automatic update will be kept active (On) for Windows & Anti-Virus.

➢ The system will be protected by password.

➢ The system used for acceptance will be connected with Scanner & Printer.

➢ The password will not be shared with anyone except the authorized users.

➢ The PAN AO Code of local region, PAN Poster, PAN Checklist, Operational Timings

& Banner should be displayed according to the NSDL Guidelines.

➢ The charges for application accepted will be collected according to the NSDL

prescribed rates.

Training Consent

➢ The forms will be made available to the applicants for free of cost.

➢ The system will have a power backup option for at least 30 Minutes.

➢ The system will have NSDL prescribed licensed compression utility.

➢ The system should have internet connectivity at-least in the operational timings.

➢ Prior information will be shared to the Regional Office/Head Office for any preplanned off.

➢ The information will be shared to the Regional Office/Head Office on real time basis for any

emergency off.

➢ Any observation found during the inspection or audit will have to be cleared within the

allotted time by the regulatory body. Any penalty imposed will be paid by me (branch) only.

➢ The center will be opened for customers from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to

06:00 PM.

➢ The applications will be digitized within the prescribed time according to the NSDL

guidelines. Delay in digitization will lead to strict action by the Regulatory Bodies.

➢ We will not reject any application without Non Acceptance Memo.
