8-3 역진 솔레노이드 The Reverse Feed Solenoid ／逆縫電磁閥

1) [Fig. 1] 침폭 조절 다이알을 최대 침폭으로 맞춘다.

▶ Set the stitch length adjusting dial at the max. stitch length.
▶ 針跨度調整盤調到最大
。
※ 일반：4mm 후물：7mm
▶ General materials: 4mm Heavy materials: 7mm
▶ 一般：4mm 厚料：7mm

2) [Fig. 2] 역진 솔레노이드 브라켓 죔나사①를 푼다.

▶ Loosen the screw① of the bracket for reverse feed solenoid.
▶ 解開逆縫電磁閥支架固定�絲①
。

3) [Fig. 3] 역진 레버③를 상하 작동하여 솔레노이드 콘②이 가장

부드럽게 작동하는 위치에서 브라켓 죔나사①를 견고하게
조여준다.
▶ Move the feed regulator lever③ up and down. At the point where
the solenoid con② can operate most smoothly, tightly tighten the
screw① of the bracket.
▶ 上下移動逆縫杆③，在電磁閥詵②最順利運�位置，汽緊支
架固定�絲①
。

4) [Fig. 4] 역진 레버③를 작동 범위 끝까지 누른 상태에서

역진 솔레노이드 크랭크에 미세한 유격이 있어야 한다.
▶ While the reverse lever③ is pressed up to the end of the motion
range, there should be very small clearance in the reverse feed
solenoid crank.
▶ 逆縫杆③按到運�范圍末端時，逆縫電磁閥曲柄必須有少量
間隔
。

5) [Fig. 5] 역진 레버③를 누른 상태에서 역진 솔레노이드 크랭크

④를 상하로 움직여 미세한 유격이 있어야 한다.
