7-1 게이지 교체 Replacement of the Gauges ／測量儀�換

1) [Fig. 1] 바늘대 죔나사①를 풀어 바늘을 교체한다.

▶ Replace the needle by loosening the screw① of the needle bar.
▶ 解開針杆固定�絲①，�換針

2) [Fig. 2] 바늘의 홈②을 가마촉 방향으로 향해야 한다.

▶ Make the needle groove② headed toward the hook point.
▶ 針槽②旋梭尖端

3) [Fig. 3] 바늘끝이 스토퍼 구멍 상단③에 완전히 밀착되었는지

확인한 후 바늘대 죔나사①를 조인다.
▶ Check whether the end of the needle is completely contacting the
upper side③ of the stopper hole and then tighten the screw① of
the needle bar.
▶ 確認針端是否完全緊帖塞子孔上端③，然后汽緊固定�絲①
。

4) [Fig. 4] 침판죔나사④(2EA)를 푼다.

▶ Loosen the screw④(2EA) of the needle plate.
▶ 解開針板固定�絲④(2EA)

5) [Fig. 5] 침판⑤을 교체한다.

▶ Replace the needle plate⑤.
▶ �換針板⑤

6) [Fig. 6] 톱니죔나사⑦를 풀어, 톱니⑥를 교체한다.

▶ Loosen the screw⑦ of the feed dog, and replace it⑥ with a new
feed dog.
▶ 解開鋸齒固定�絲⑦，�換鋸齒⑥

7) [Fig. 7] 교체한 톱니에 맞는 침판⑤을 삽입하고 침판죔나사

④를 조인다.
▶ Insert the needle plate⑤ fit for the replaced feed dog and tighten
the screw④ of the needle plate.
▶ 揷入符合�換鋸齒的針板⑤，汽緊針板固定�絲④
。

8) [Fig. 8] 누름대올리기⑧를 화살표 방향으로 올려 노루발⑨이

상승하도록 한다.
▶ Pull up the presser lifter⑧ in the direction of the arrow and make
the presser foot⑨ move up.
▶ 箭頭方向推壓杆提升器⑧，讓壓脚⑨上升
。

9) [Fig. 9] 노루발 죔나사⑩를 풀고 노루발⑨를 교체한다.

▶ Loosen the screw⑩ of the presser foot and replace the presser foot⑨.
▶ 解開壓脚固定�絲⑩，�換壓脚⑨
