● Clients and neighbors acknowledge and agree that timber is a natural product and is susceptible to warping and/ or cracking over time,
whenever arising.
● No responsibility is taken if no survey pegs are provided to indicate the true boundary.
● Client needs to check with the local council if any requirements or specifications require permission or permit before making a payment. We are
not responsible for anything caused by this matter.
● Please note that this quote is approximately cost, the actual measurement will be matched in the final price on the invoice. (If quote not doing on
site).
● This quote is valid 30 days after the date issued.
● No signature required, once we receive a 50% deposit for booking, the client and neighbors agree and acknowledge all terms and conditions.
