Roof repair- Inspection found existing lead flashing in reasonable 1.00 370.00 10% 370.00
condition but due to the design of roof water is pooling during
heavy rain events.

Seal all edges of existing lead flashing with suitable exterior

grade sealant, apply water proof membrane over entire lead
flashing to eliminate any water overflowing back into any
overlaps of the existing flashings.

Includes labour & materials.

Ceiling repair- Cut out damaged/bowed section of plasterboard 1.00 1,280.00 10% 1,280.00
ceiling (approx 1.2 x 2.0m in total) near front door area. Supply
& install new 10mm plasterboard, fix off using stud adhesive and
plasterboard screws, set all new plaster joints using joint
tape/base coat/ top coat,plaster repair 1 x crack in cornice, allow
to dry 24hrs, sand/prep ready for paint, apply 1 x coat
undercoat/sealer, apply 2 x coats colourmatched ceiling paint to
best match existing, clean up work area & dipsose of waste.

Includes labour, materials & waste disposal.

*Please note paint repair may be slightly visible due to

age/colourmatch of new paint. To eliminate any evidence of
repair entire lounge/dining/kitchen area would need 1 x coat
ceiling paint to eliminate any evidence of repair. To apply 1 x
coat ceiling paint to entire ceiling area (lounge/dining/kitchen)
to eliminate any evidence of repair would be an additional
$355.00.

Terms

Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. All works will be invoiced under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act
1999.
Payment schedule: 25% Deposit required, 75% Payment within 7 days of job completion.
