Sealant Repair works on cracks & gaps
Application of Waterproofing Paint on Exterior Wall

Included:
1. Material & Labor supply for all scope stated above
2. Supervision of Manpower Activities
3. Value Added Tax

Excluded:
1. Supply of Gondola
2. Supply of Weather and Structural Sealant
3. All necessary items that are not specifically mentioned above.
Total Proposed Amount (Vat Included) Php 4,793,272.70
Amount in words: Four Million Seven Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Two
and & 70/100 Cents only

Terms of Payment:
- 30% Down payment upon approval of Proposal
- 60% Thru Progress Biling
- 10% Retention Shall acquire after 6 months upon release of certificate of completion

Job Schedule:
- 90 Days upon receipt of down payment and or as per agreement

Price Validity:
- Thirty (30) calendar days after the date of submission
