jamb to allow door to be hinged outwards, rehinge existing door
to open outward, supply & install new panic bar push to open
latch, install new external rim cylinder lock (does not include
installation of new lock barrel to suit master key, locksmith will
be required).
Remove 1 x workshop rear door, modify existing metal door
jamb to allow door to open outward, supply & install new panic
bar push to open latch.
Construct timber step/ramp at rear workshop door to eliminate
large step down on emergency exit door.

Workshop- Supply & install 2 x timber panels to board off 1 x 1.00 330.00 10% 330.00
unused window & 1 x unused door. Cut boards to size, fix off
using suitable fasteners, seal off all edges to eliminate dust
ingress into operations room.

Operations room patch & paint- Plaster repair 1 x wall in 1.00 495.00 495.00
operations room and 1 x damaged wall in stairwell, install new
plasterboard where required, set joints using suitable joint
tape/plaster base coat/plaster top coat, sand/prep ready for
paint, apply colourmatched wall paint to entire wall (2 in total)
to eliminate any evidence or repair. Supply new brackets &
hardware, install existing handrail on stairwell wall.

Terms

Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. All works will be invoiced under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act
1999.
Payment schedule: 40% Deposit required, 60% Payment within 7 days of job completion.
