TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Stoppage and/or delay of work will happen under the following circumstances:
Government mandated work stoppage.
Client is unable to release payment for progress billing after acceptance within 7 days from date of billing.

Any changes of work from approved construction drawings will be charged accordingly.

All change orders will be billed before said work order is accepted.
For any change order, a quotation will be forwarded to the client for approval.
Same terms of payment: lump sum & progress billing

PRICING : NON-VAT W/ RECEIPT


PAYMENT : Thirty Percent (30%) Downpayment
Sixty Percent (60%) in Progress Billings
Ten Percent (10%) Retention payable within fifteen (15) days from completion

Again, we would like to reiterate that this is ENTIRELY BUDGETARY and when we get into the finer details of the project,
we could expound on our proposal and provide you with a more realistic and accurate project proposal
