DEMOLITION WORKS

Notes:

Contractor is to note that the approximate


quantities stated in the Bills Description is
purely indicative. Contractor shall ascertain
himself the exact quantity and extent of works
by mean of site inspection and observation.
No claims whatsover shall be entertained due
to failure of the contractor to exactly identify
the extent of area/quantity to be actually
involved.
It is the Contractor's responsibility to satisfy
himself of the exact extent of the works and
shall be deemed to have satisfied himself by
examining the site inclusive of conducting
necessary survey and inspection.

Demolition works shall be carried out in such


a manner so as to minimise or avoid
inconvenience to the existing operation,
tenants , patron and the public. The safety of
the work, people and existing structure in the
proximity of the site shall be of paramount
importance during the execution of the
demolition works.
No consideration shall be given for any claim
for works which are either indispensably
necessary to be carried out to bring the works
to completion or which may contingently
become necessary to overcome difficulties
before completion.
All debris arising from demolition works
shall be removed from Site to contractor's
own dumping place.
