NOTE:
1.0 The contractor guarantees for a period of one (1) year after the completion, formal turn-over, and acceptance of the project.
2.0 Before the execution of construction or project, the contractor need to sign a start of construction cover letter. Upon the completion of
project, contractor also need to provide a turn-over letter of said project to confirm its status of construction.
3.0 Contractor is required to submit photos of module construction during and upon completion of construction as per advised by the designer
4.0 Before image is to be fabricated, contractor is require to submit image proofing for approval.
5.0 Said project can only be considered as COMPLETE if it has complete display wares and approved images installed at the module.
6.0 It shall be the responsible of each bidder to make a careful examination of the location of the project, construction drawings and specs and
shall informed the OWNER to all other matters that may affect the cost and time of completion of the project.
7.0 Each bidder shall be responsible in taking steps to carefully examine the contract contents and costs. Failure to do so shall be at bidder's risk
and shall not relieve him of any obligation with respect to his bid.
8.0 No alterations will be permitted, unless made before submission, signed, and dated. Erasures or other changes in the proposals must be noted
over the signature of the bidder.
9.0 If the bidder, whose proposal has been accepted shall fail or refuse to execute the contract as herein provided, the OWNER at his opinion,
determine such bidder has abandoned the contract such proposal and its acceptance shall be considered as null or void. The OWNER shall
be entitled to liquidate damages as provided.
10.0 All plywood to be used should be treated with colorless solignum (for termite proofing)
11.0 Finishing materials installed by the Contractor, Cement/Adhesives, Tile grouts and other consumables should be furnished
by the Contractor.
12.0 Subject to execution and signing of a related contract at the discretion of the company.
13.0 Each bidder should fill-up all contents in the bill of material.
