All rates quoted shall be Duty Paid.
Quoted unit rates shall be all-inclusive delivered/installed at site including duties, custom clearance charges, transport/freight & insurance, lead, lift, hauling, loading
& unloading, mathadi etc, rectification of defects or replacement of defective material, safe guarding & handing-over the finished product to the Client/Owner.
Quoted rates shall include lead, lif, loading, unloading, installation,carpet protection cover, cleaning before handover, making cut-outs for Electrical services, Data etc.
Edge of cut tile to be stitched to avoid unravelling, rectification of defects or replacement of defective material.
Vendor to read the BOQ in conjunction with the drawings/design and mockup approved.
No bid will be considered complete without drawings & 3d renderings of the products offered as part of this bid.
For installation, payment shall be made for actual carpet laid. Nothing extra to be paid on account of wastages, corners, cutting for closers etc.
Cut carpet shall be trimmed neatly at walls, around interruptions & floor boxes.
Vendor to provide Shop drawings to the Architects & PM team before laying the carpet. Installation/Laying to start only after sign off of shop drawings.
Any variation in site dimensions shall be brought to the notice of Architect's before starting the production.
It will be the vendors responsibility to hand-over the installed Carpets to clients/owner free of defects.
Storing, safe guarding of the supplied material shall be the scope of the vendor till handing over.
Supplied carpet shall be unpacked & allowed to condition for 24 hours before laying.
Completed/Installed carpet to be smooth and free of bubbles and other defects
Carpet shall be installed/laid as per the design/pattern shown in drawing and instructed by Architect/PM at the time of laying(laid quarter turn, laid ashlar, etc).
Carpet Protection: Cost to include carpet Protection tape after installation, all handling and transportation .
The Contractor shall do dry cleaning to be done for 2 times and 1 final shampoo cleaning with chemicals as required all as per the instructions, before final handover
for occupancy
Vendor to cross verify the Quantity as per the Site layout and laying pattern
Carpet shall be installed by the trained & authorised installers.
Carpet shall be installed as per manufacturer's installation guidelines.
Base floor shall be thoroughly cleaned for loose particles, cement/POP/concrete lumps, paint etc., for proper adhesion of the carpet to the base floor.
Availibality of material & timelines shall be discussed & agreed at the time of pre-bid meeting, Architect's shall not be liable for any deviation from there on.
Vendor to cross check the qty as per the layouts/shop drawings and to highlight if there is any deviation noticed in the qty while submitting the quotation.
Any material found to be defective shall be replaced free of cost.
Vendor shall rectify all snags before handing over.

2.01 INSTALLATION
Installation of carpet as per the manufacturer specifications and details.
Installation shall include laying with approved adhesive (recommendation made by the manufacturer
and LEED compliant), covering with 1 layers of polythene till handing over, 2 round of vacuuming & 1
round of shampooing as per the instructions of the Project manager.
Installation method
Supplied carpet shall be unpacked & allowed to condition for 24 hours before laying.

Vendors to calculate the quantities on awarding of job as per actual site conditions and confirm the same with the PM's / Architects before releasing
the PO.
Prior to start of the carpeting, carpeting vendor has to do brooming and mopping to PMs satisfaction and prior to handing over the carpeted area,
Vacuum cleaning to be done to satisfaction of PM.
Client's are Non EOU, consider all taxes
Prices should be inclusive of transportation, loading, unloading, unpacking, cleaning of packing material at site and placing at site
Cost to include complete installation, cleaning & house keeping (Plastic sheet two nos of covering etc., complete) upto handover.
Cost should be inclusive of Shop drawing preparation (if reqd) /getting approval from Architects&PMs/Mockups/Handing over docuemnts (3sets) that
inculsive of as build drg, warrenty& Guarantee certificate, user manuals, products catalogues, contact details etc.
All terms and conditions as per attached tender document.
Carpet pattern/ Colour/ Shade to be strictly as per Client/ PM/ Architect approval.

All fabric/upholstery used shall be fire retardant type only.
Provision shall be made for fixing data & electrical out lets above the table top or as per detail.
All modesty panels to be min 200mm away from the visitors side table edge.
Any material found to be defective shall be replaced free of cost.

1.02 PEDESTAL DRAWER UNIT- 406mm wide X 500mm deep X 660mm high laminate finish. Nos 6.00 -
Suplly & installation of 450mm wide X 500mm deep X 650mm high three drawer pedestal (2+1) with side
recessed handles to be provided along with central lock. (in metal powder coated finish - mobile on
castors). All Pedestal units to have stationary tray.

WORKSTATIONS TOTAL -
Supply & installation of 750mm high laminate finish Meeting Table of following sizes & details and as
per manufacturers specifications/ manufacturers standard range and mockup approved which include:
Table top – All table tops to be made out of 25mm thick pre-laminated MDF/Particle board finished in
selected decorative laminate finish on all sides and underside of table finished with balancing laminate.
Edges to be finished with 2-3mm thick PVC edge banding in matching shade of Table top laminate.
Provided with required nos/sets of Flip top box (500mm W, wooden as per approval) on table top with
brush/horse hair as per manufacturers standard for wire manager to accommodate 3 Socket + 2 Switch
for power & 2 Socket for data/voice point
Legs & under structure – System to have Metal support structure , Metal Trendx Pro legs/Tube legs
with levellers.formed out of MS powder coated or chrome finish/ CRCA finished in powder coating as per
manufacturers standard system/mockup approved and as shown in drawing.
Cable management – Manufacturer to provide 2nos cable basket / tray along the full length of the table
formed out of MS / CRCA Vertical travel of cables through tower legs in such a manner that no wire
shall visible.
Cable containment / management system should be able to handle both power and data cable in
different & segregated compartments with adequate separation as per international norms to prevent
interference.

Clearing of debris & disposing the same as per Project Manager's instructions.
Vendor to prepare a mockup an take approvals before finalisation of PO & Commercials
Approval on the finished product shall be taken by installing the finished mock-up before starting the
production.
If the Vendor should find any discrepancy in the Drawings or between the Drawings and the Bill of
Quantities / Specification of Materials and Workmanship or any other Documents forming part of the
Tender, she/he shall immediately refer the same at the time of pre-bid meeting to the Architect and same
shall be clarified on, if not the Vendor shall not be liable for any further additional claim.
All fabric/upholstry & foam/cushion used shall be fire retardent type only.
The Chairs shall conform to EN 1335 and ANSI/BIFMA standards with ergonomic seal of approval from
authorised professional body.
Warranty certificates shall be provided for the period of minimum 5 years.
Warranty Period shall start from date of handing over / Client's occupancy.
Any material found to be defective shall be replaced free of cost.
Vendor shall rectify all snags before handing over.
Castors shall be provided as per the flooring (Carpet/Hard floor)
