the windows are there, providing lintel beam to install window at new location,
Re installaton of removed window (old window may damage during removal /
reinstallation , in that case repair cost to be paid by teh client separately) floor
screeding to match existing level of living room

Terms & Conditions : SUBTOTAL AED 9,900.00

* Payment Terms : 70% Advance, 20% After Demolition, 10% Upon Completion TAX RATE 5.00%
* All Permissions are excluded TOTAL AED 9,900.00
* The Value of the contract is an actual on-site measurement basis, the said prices are olny
for the items, size, Quantity as per BOQ, any changes in the configuration will be charged
as extra accordingly.
* Water and Electricity to be supplied by the client at the work location
* Our Working timing will be 7.30 AM to 6.00 PM
