1 Substructure
1A Piling
1B Work Below Lowest Floor Finish Using pad foundation with a 125mm thick reinforced concrete grade 25 ground slab.
2 Superstructure
2A Frame Using a reinforced concrete frame.
2B Upper Floors Reinforced concrete floor with 125mm and 150mm thick suspended floors.
2C Roof Pitch roof for the most of the area at the 'anjung kereta'. The degree of pitch is 23. Using a Prefabricated Roof Truss system.
For pitch roof, they using concrete roof tiles as the finishes
2D Stairs Reinforced concrete staircases. The finishes for staricase is homogeneous tiles and paint for the soffit of the staircase. Timber
handrail, 40mmx10mm thick ms plate baluster bolted to the Reinforced concrete staircase.
2E External Walls Brickwall with the thickness of 230mm and 112.5mm.
2F Windows & External Doors Using side hung composite windows, fixed panel windows, top hung casement windows, side hung casement windows and
ventilated windows. For door, they use metal door frame, decorative solid timber door, single leaf flush door and sliding door.
2G Internal Walls & Partitions Brickwall with the thickness of 230mm and 112.5mm.
2H Internal Doors Using single leaf flush door for the entire internal doors.
3 Finishes
3A Internal Wall Finishes Using plaster and paint and ceramic wall tiles( bilik mandi utama, 2, 3, 4 & dapur)
3B Internal Floor Finishes Use cement & sand (1:3) paving trowelled smooth, homogeneous tiles, pattern homogeneous tiles and tiles skirtings.
3C Internal Ceiling Finishes Used gyspsum plasterboard for suspended ceiling, skimcoat system and plaster and paint.
3D External Finishes Used plaster and paint.
5 Services
5A Sanitary Appliances Used washdown close couple set "P", washdown close couple set "S" or "P" with cistern and fittings dual flush, hung basin water
trap. The soil pipe is 100mm diameter and waste pipe is 50mm diameter.
