    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1. All necessary permits, field electricity, water and temporary facilities should be provided
    by the owner and/ or general contractor without any extra charges on us.

    2. Please indicate your acceptance by affixing your signature subject to all terms and
    conditions on this and returning to us one copy which will serve as our contract with you.

    3. Any additional and/or changes in specification will be charged to the CLIENT


    accordingly.

    TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% Downpayment and balance thru progress billing.
