Dear Engr. Angeles,
We are pleased to submit our proposal for the supply of the above mentioned subject as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1.0 Pricing : All Pricing are VAT Inclusive
2.0 Validity : Our Proposal remains valid for a period of 30 days from the above date.
3.0 Payment : 50% down payment upon signing of the contract, balance shall be paid in full before delivery.
Labor : 50% down payment and the balance shall be paid through progress billing.
4.0 Delivery : A maximum of 3 months upon receipt of P.O. and corresponding down payment.
5.0 Variation Order : Should there be any changes or addition in the design, item specifications with regard to the
project; it shall be treated as a variation to the agreement. Any cost that is directly attributed to
the change/s shall be to the account of the client.
6.0 Warranty : All equipment provided with parts and labor warranty against factory defects due to faulty
materials and workmanship for a period of (12) months from the date of delivery under proper
and normal conditions. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, man-made or natural calamities
such as war, theft, fire, lightning, flood, electrical power surge, etc. and tampering by UN-
authorized service personnel are excluded from this warranty. A yearly maintenance agreement
may be mutually agreed upon after the prescribed warranty period.
7.0 Cancellation : 20% cancellation fee will be charge in case the OWNER decided to terminate the contract after
