 Summary of Actual Duties

 Prepares the designated date/time stamp machine making sure that correct date and time information is properly
set. Accepts outward deliveries of local branches from the courier making sure that the number of plastic pouches
and bags tallies with the total indicated in the delivery manifest.
 Ensures that received physical batches tallies with the number of batch/es declared in the delivery statement.
Accomplishes report for acknowledgment of the presenting bank.
 Inspect batches to be set-up to make sure that they qualify for high speed processing and affixes signature on the
bundled delivery statement, once set up is finished.
 Bundles the items with respective detail list making sure that the first and last items of the bundle corresponds on
the detail list. Also, verifies the rejected items during fine sorting before placing them in front of the corresponding
bundle.
 Performs reject analysis on every reconciled block of rejects for proper disposition and billing purposes.
 Record all documents being dispatched and ensures all receipt form are duly acknowledged and signed by the
authorized bank representative.
