Term Project: (Wix Website) Milestones

The System Development Life Cycle:


1. Planning Phase:
a- Define the system to be developed and set the
project scope.

no longer than a paragraph.
b- Develop the project plan.

estimated time frames.
Deliverables (2): Project end date: week 15.

2. Analysis Phase:
a- Gather business requirements
Deliverables (1): Survey of target customers to get feedback on their
needs and wants (requirements).
b- Prioritize the requirements.
Deliverables (1): Requirements definition document.

3. Design Phase:
a- Design the technical architecture.
Deliverables (1): The hardware, software and/or telecommunications
equipment required to run the site.
b- Design the system model.
Deliverables (1): Blueprint of the screens that users will interface
with.

4. Development Phase:
a- Build the technical architecture.
Deliverables (1): Website designed only using wix.com
Deliverables (2): Screenshots of all screens in the website.

5. Testing Phase:
a- Write the test conditions and perform the testing of the system.
Deliverables (1): Written test conditions and results of the
testing.

6. Implementation Phase:
a- Publish the website.
Deliverables (1): State how users (customers) could obtain
help on your website. (Provide screenshots as well)

7. Maintenance Phase:
a- Monitor, support, and maintain your website.
Deliverables (1): Indicate how you plan to maintain your
