randomly without going into the basic parameters to find a real stock/share before investment.
The real factors to understand for a winning stock/share are a) Earning Potential, b) Competition
Dynamics, c) Uniqueness, d) Management, e) Innovation Pattern, helps in identifying whether a
company is suitable for investment in the long run.

The workshop will be conducted by Mr. V C Narsinghani, who has done Post-Graduation in Chemical
Engineering and carries a rich experience of 46 years in the areas of Operations, Materials Management,
Human Resources Management and Industrial Training. He is doing his own investment in stock/share
market since last 40 years
