WHY I CHOOSE TO BE A HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION

The definition of a hospital administration, administrator healthcave administration

healthcave management or hospital management is the field relating to leadership management
and administration of public health systems healthcare systems hospitals and hospital networks
in all the primary, secondary, and terhary sectors. so, baslcally what you’re going to be doing as
a hospital administrator is working behind the scenes in a hospital at a private clinic, at a public
health clinic, at a small prachce, whatever work environment you want. Right now, I’m thinking
a prachce or a hospital but you’re going to working behind the scenes and there’s many different
things you can do, you can work in finance you can work marketing, you can work in quality
control of a hospital there are so many different things you tan do. You can also get into politics,
you can work with lobbying for certain health care laws.it’s a very specific degree because we
learn very spesifit things in each class but it also gives you a lot of ophons of what you want to
do for the future.

So the first reason I chose it I wnted to be part of a hospital and work with people
but not be the doctor, I didn’t want to perform surgerles, I don’t want to see blood but I
wanted to make a difference in the medical community because it

Another reason I choose the hospital administrator degree is because I wanted to

work closely with doctors and nurses but not me be one as imentioned, so one thing you
can do as a hospital administrator is quality improvement and quality control so every
hospital has to be acaridited so they have to have research and prove that they hight
quaaty hospital this is based on rates off readmission, rates of infechon, rates of surgical
errors things like this. An administrator is going to collect this data, they’re going to talk
patients, talk to famihes of patients, and learn how a hospital can improve and how a
hospital can be better and how people can have a better experlence at the hospital.
3. I need more education

Another reason I ended ap choosing a hospital administrator degree is honestly I

didn’t feel ready yet to join the work forcer. I really need a grad degree so I was looking
at programs and I feel upon this one and just feel like this it’s going to give me so much
experience so much more knowiedge about how I can make a difference in the future.

4. Less debt

Another reason I choos this degree is it was going to put me in a lot less debt than
it woul if I ended up going to medical school or a school the salary is comparable.

5. Salary

Another reason tahat I choos this degree is salary, thinking about what they want
about salary when they’re thinking about what they want to do for the first of heir life.

6. Room for growth

And what I like about this degree is there’s so much room for growth starting
salaries out of my degree is probably going to be go to 70k and then as you grow in
campany you can become an executive, highest levels with mha degrees are CEO’S of
Hospital s wich make milions of dollars.

7. A difference

So another reason is tahat you’r makeing a huge difference in the lives of patients,
their families, doctors, and nurses. The doctors and nurse are the primary workers of the
hospital but we’re the backbone, we are making doctors here the facilities and the things
that they need, we’re watching the finances, we’re watching that everything is staying
organized.

8. Important community member

So the last reason that I have why I chose to be a political job meaning you’re
gonna have a reputation. You have to work with a lot of different people you’re gonna be
employing people so you’re going to be doing the firing, you’re going to be doing the
management so you’re going to have areputation and a lot of people are probably going
to know who you are, who work in you’r region.
