LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

In my capacity as a previous employee in the position of Technical Lead at Wipro Limited, it gives me
great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Kokila Das, who is applying to your esteemed
university's graduate program. Kokila joined our organization as a Project Engineer, she collaborated with
me on two projects involving Web Technology and Accessibility. I have known her for two years, so I've
had plenty of opportunities to assess, guide, and encourage her in her talents.
She had an eye for detecting critical areas to improve web accessibility right from the start, always
striving to make web pages accessible up to at least 95%. She kept communicating with the teams
throughout the process to learn more from their experiences and give her views on how we may improve
the customer experience with better user-interactive modifications. During the initial training, she had
shown utmost sincerity in grasping the complexities of the web world, earning her the client's praise. In a
short period, she acquired the necessary skills in the tools and technologies for this project and began
developing experimental prototypes.
Over the course of a year, she worked with fifteen different development teams in various domains to
assist them to make their websites and applications accessible to all users. The most difficult were the live
projects, where she had to persuade the development team to make accessibility adjustments, some of
which were significant and impactful. She supported the teams by creating numerous prototypes such as a
date picker and navigation bars, providing the best alternative to make the websites accessible with
minimal changes. This is worth appreciating, as our project was named Milestone of the Year at the Wipro
Limited Yearly Awards. Her calm demeanor in challenging conditions, which promotes healthy workplace
behaviours, is admirable.
She interacted with her seniors regularly to learn about new projects and technologies. I recommended
Kokila to the other development team after noticing her interest in web development. She worked for a
month there and helped the team in delivering the proposed prototype on time. The team was pleased by
her dedication and appreciated her efforts, as she had learned Angular separately to help them on the
project.
One of our clients, Apple Inc. , had many projects running in the Hyderabad Development Center under
the Apple Account. In this account, there were up to 1000 employees working on multiple projects. She
developed amicable relations with most of the other employees in a short period, either through work or
extracurricular activities. She participated in many events such as sports, independence day celebrations,
ethnic song competitions, which enhanced her interpersonal relationships with other team members. She
prepared a presentation to demonstrate the importance of our project and its handling during the client's
visit, and she delivered it confidently in front of a large audience.

She possesses the attributes of a dedicated achiever and is well on her way to great success. Kokila has
my highest recommendation for your esteemed university's MIS program. I'm confident she'll be an
