main operations in Indonesia and our technology team is based out of India.

• Initially responsible for the primary handling of RaRa’s product stack,

maintaining operational availability and continuity.
• Introduction and setup of product development processes using Agile
methodology.

• Initially engaged in setting up processes for product development processes

like Release Management and Product Management.
• Introduced the team to Agile Methodology, thereby the team was able to use
both SCRUM and KANBAN as per the arising situation.
• Redesigned and upgraded the DevOps architecture for scale and product
optimizations.
• Redesigned the API to use micro services architecture. The newer ones are
based on Slim Framework (PHP), whereas the older ones were on legacy
PHP.
• Achieved 50x scale from 5M to 250M on API requests and 200x scale from
30K to 6M listens streams.
• Developed JavaScript based embedded player for web and a WordPress
plugin for delivering audio content to publishers and podcasters.
