Move This World is an SEL training that provides
interactive videos to help students and educators
get involved in the classroom. It helps students build

2. Journaling
Journaling is an effective way to incorporate social-
emotional learning in the classroom. Educators can
provide daily journal prompts for students to help
them express their thoughts and creativity. This can
also build meaningful class discussions where all
students can benefit and learn from eachother.

3. Practice Mindfulness
Implementing mindfulness in the classroom teaches
students how to calm down. This is effective because
it can help students who get nervous or have anger
issues. Therefore, teaching mindfulness in the
classroom can allow students to learn about different
breathing techniques.
