Why Emotional ABCs is Good for Students with Disabilities

Emotional ABC’s is good for students with disabilities because:

- It helps them learn to properly navigate their emotions and express them in a healthy
way.
- These can often be things that are difficult for students to do if they have a disability
such as:
- An Emotional Behavioral Disorder (EBD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- These students do not always understand how to appropriately navigate their
emotions, especially when they are young.
- Having a program that teaches them how to do so is very useful.
