ER-ISO Radiology is having a problem with supervisors that will lead and guide us
in our day to day departmental tasks in giving the utmost care to patients and
paperwork required for the department. It may lead to future predicament that
may affect not just the ER-ISO Radiology but also the whole department as well.
We are afraid that having different supervisors in short sequential periods will
lead to ramifications.

A Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow and training new hires on
how they can best serve patients and teams of employees. They also create
schedules that keep everyone busy with deadlines met to prevent gaps or
downtime while giving direction and feedback about what needs improvement.

We, the ER-ISO staffs would like to work with and recommend Mr. Khalid M.
Amilhamja to be our supervisor here in ER-ISO Radiology. A good leader should
have integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude. They
should be learning agile and flex their influence while communicating and
delegating effectively. We saw that these key leadership qualities all fit well with
him, and with this, we need him to help guide us and make the essential large-
scale decisions that will keep the ER-ISO Radiology in order.

Your positive decision will greatly help the Department in maintaining order and
meeting the demands to produce quality service. Herein attached in this petition,
our signatures as an indication of our support.
