Foods that come directly and straight from mother Nature are

called as Living foods,eating these foods means eating in their

natural and raw state.

To make it simple,let’s take a wheat seed,bury it into a soil and

keep watering it for a few days,we’ll see that it will grow into a

sampling.

and if take wheat-based product like noodle and plant it into the

soil and keep the whole procedure same as wheat seed, we’ll see

that nothing came out of it.

It’s because Noodles is just a product and don't contain prana in

it. In other words, Noodles are dead and how can something

which is dead can provide prana or energy.

On the other hand,fruits,vegetables,coconuts and sprouts etc are

living foods and transfer prana or life energy inside us and helps

in cleansing and flushing out the toxins from the body and

ultimately cure disease.

According to the Bhagavad Gita,Chapter 17, verse 10, the food must be eaten

within 3 hours of being cooked. As the time increases,it starts to lose it’s life

energy inside and slowly becomes tamasik.

That’s why in our ancient traditions, it was not recommended to eat food

that has been kept for more than 3 hours.Our ancestors used to eat

everything fresh-straight from the stove to the plate.

However,in modern times,people store food in refrigerator for several days,

take a little and put it back in the refrigerator.They are eating tamasik,stale

and rotten food which invincibily inviting cancer into their bodies.

But, Does this 3-hour-rule only apply to sabzi and chapati? What about

biscuits, chips, snacks and namkeens that have been stored after being

cooked for more than 3 years in advance with synthetic chemicals and

preservatives.

These chemicals are put to increase the shelf life of products and they

decrease the shelf life of human bodies.Thus,this processed & packaged

stuff we get, is not food at all, they’re products just to make profit.

We call Nature our Mother because our very foundation lies in her, she

nourished us over thousands of years and still cares for us by providing us

food in raw and original form.There’s a reason why she gives us potatoes,

not potato chips,Tomatoes but not tomato sauce.

All foods that come straight to our table from plants and trees without any

alteration , extraction or processing are wholesome - examples are raw

fruits and vegetables.

Nature has designed and calibrated each fruit and vegetable with specific

ratio of nutrients , fats and protein etc. so that Humans can easily adapt or

digest and eliminate it.

Mother nature has provided us with a “whole-package deal” for each food

item available on the planet.

Let’s take rice, it has a bran covering on it which aids in digestion

process,but we fragment it by stripping away its outer layer, altering with

its natural design.

White rice, sugar, refined oils and refined wheat are all examples of

fragmented foods and when when we eat them,they don’t get digested

easily which leads to various types of diseases.

Instead of Coconut Oil, use Grated Coconut.


Instead of White rice, use Brown rice.

Instead of Refined Sugar, use Dates.

Mother Nature has designed every being on this


planet either Herbivores( that eat plants only) or
Carnivores (that feed on other animals).

Let’s analyse by what nature has provided us.

Humans have flat teeth which are incapable of


tearing flesh apart while carnivores have sharp
and pointed teeth through which they can tear
flesh easily.

Humans have flat and dull nails. Have fingers

perfectly designed to forge, grab and peel while

carnivores have sharp and pointed claws to rip

apart flesh easily.

Humans have a very long intestinal tract. When


human eat meat, it doesn’t digest and rots
creating toxins in the intestines.

Humans contains hydrochloric acid that’s almost


20 times weaker than carnivores.

Do not have night vision, because humans are


not designed to hunt and prey at night.

If Mother Nature had made meat as human's


natural and instinctive food, she surely would
have given small intestines, strong HCL and
sharp nails and teeth with vision too.

Mother Nature doesn’t make mistakes and

It has been stated in Bhagavad Gita that foods


should be Water-Rich.

Food has been categorised into two:

1.Water-Rich
2.Water-Poor

Let’s understand what water-rich means.

Foods that contain high-water content are called Water-


rich foods.They are light,easily digestible and are also like
laxatives.Examples -

Fruits: melons, berries, tomatoes,oranges and apples.


Vegetables: bottle gourd, celery and all leafy greens.

Foods that contain low-water content are called Water-


poor foods.These foods are more difficult to digest and
can also cause constipation unless consumed in small
quantities. Examples-

All Grains, millets, beans and starchy vegetables like


potatoes, yam and all nuts and seeds.

About 71 percent of the Mother Earth's


surface is water-covered, and the oceans
hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water.

and Human's body also consist of 70% water.

So, following nature, our diet should also


consist of 70% water-rich foods and 30%
water-poor foods.
