Hospital Call System DEBEG 8350

According to national and international regulations the system consists of:


- Call unit SM-HOS-AT with pear push unit SM-HOS-BT
(amount depending on number of beds)
- Pull switch SM-HOS-ZT with 1,6 m long cord with grasp
- Power / Relay unit SM-HOS-4 for connection of max. 4 call units / pull unit
combinations
- Alarm unit SM-HOS-AK
- Alarm reset unit SM-HOS-ALK

Function and short description

Activating of alarm in the hospital can performed alternatively


- in direct proximity of the bed by pressing the alarm push button on call unit
SM-HOS-AT
- in bed by pressing the pear push unit SM-HOS-BT
- in bathroom/WC by pulling a 1,6 m long cord with grasp

Alarm will be recognized immediately by the following places / units


- in direct proximity of the bed by lighting of lamp in call unit SM-HOS-AT
- in bath/WC by lighting of lamp in pull unit SM-HOS-ZT
- in corridor near officer cabin by lighting of alarm lamp and activation of buzzer
in alarm combination SM-HOS-AK
- in hospital by lighting of lamp in alarm reset unit SM-HOS-ALK

Acknowledgement of alarm within 2 minutes can only performed


- in corridor near officer cabin by pressing the acknowledgement push button
on alarm unit SM-HOS-AK
Only the buzzer will be silenced; all lamps still light on

Reset of alarm within 2 minutes can only be performed


- in hospital by pressing the alarm reset button on Alarm reset unit SM-HOS-ALK.
All lamps on all units will be switched off.

If an alarm will not be acknowledged within 2 minutes the Bridge alarm system will
be activated.
The procedure of acknowledgement and resetting is the same as described above.

The procedures described above will run alike if several alarm releases take place at
the same time.
