Services Included
1. Dedicated resources working as placement officer/ Manager for Northstar Academy.
2. Reach to Industry for placement services (Pan India Placement).
3. Scheduling Job fair, Industry visit to Northstar Academy campus.
4. Ensuring 3-5 interviews per Student.
5. Monthly/Fortnight MIS on – List of company reached, Student profiles shared,
Interview schedule , Offer released, Joined, Pipeline etc.
6. Branding & visibility of Northstar Academy in corporates.
7. End-to-End Placement services will be carried by My-TA Team From Interview
scheduling till offer and Joining.

Payment Terms

 The above retainership is subject to applicable taxes

 Payment terms shall be divided into 2 parts, 50% advance to be payable from 1st to
5th of every month & the remaining 50% shall be due from 25th to 30th of every
month.
 Invoice shall be shared with payment details - payable in 2 parts every month as per
above dates 
 In addition, we shall be deploying 2 resources from our team for first 3 months
without additional charges to give best of results
