JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitoring & Controlling the HVAC Parameters.
• Scheduled the AHU, CSU Units as per Client requirements.
• Operated both air cooled and water cooled Chillers as per Schedule and
requirements.
• Installed access control systems hardware equipment’s like EM Locks,
• Readers , SMPS , Ajar alarm etc.,
• Monitored the door status, admitted & rejected card transactions , access
• controller Health status rectify/take immediate action if any abnormalities or
• issues found .
• Configured door settings as per client requirements.
• Monitored CCTV Cameras, Routine Check DVR & NVR backup and maintain
Recording details rectify if any camera video loss issues happen by performing basic
checks.
• Monitored and Identified suspected movements and theft by using CCTV.
• Monitor, Control, Operation of Fire Alarm Control Panel also address the troubles.
• Check False/Fire alarm if happens also provide PA Announcement during
emergency situations.
• Checked Monthly Fire Alarm Equipment’s like Hooters, PA Speakers , Door Tripping
Status , AHU/CSU Unit Tripping Status etc.
• Monitored Gas suppression system Equipment’s healthiness such as Cylinder
Pressure , Gas Panel , Solenoid Valve status for Data Center Fire prevention.
• Managed Security Team, Employees during Emergency Situations/Emergency Drill
Operations.
• Managed Vendor team to follow SOP.
• Managed Client & internal Audit during visit.
• Perform Monthly twice Water Leakage Detection system PPM.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance Activities For all IBMS Related equipment’s within
Specified Limit.
