A reflection paper of your Dominant Intelligence based on M.I. by

Intelligence is not a unitary construct at all, but rather a multiple
constructs, there is not one, but eight “multiple intelligences”, according to Gardner. Based on the Multiple Intelligence (MI) test that I took, I discovered the highest of it is the Interpersonal Intelligence out of the eight different areas of the MI by Howard Gardner. So what is Interpersonal Intelligence? Simply, refers to someone’s ability to communicate effectively with others using both verbal communication which means by talking to people, and nonverbal communication through our body language and facial expressions. I feel so dominant with this Intelligence since I am a School Human Resource Management Officer. Most of the time, I always see to it that I make other people, particularly the personnel in our school to feel comfortable around the surroundings and of the work environment. I often see myself empathizing and understanding their feelings especially when they come to me for an advice or simply just to have somebody to listen to them and be comforted. I can easily read through their actions, body language or facial expression how they feel at the moment, simply, “I can read between the lines.” Oftentimes, I am caught in a situation in bringing about motivation and encouragement on how to boost a person being felt belittled. It happened a week ago as an experience, a teacher came to me for an advice because she felt belittled. What I did, I boosted her morale, gave motivational and inspirations points that would help her lessen the burden of what she felt. With this, I felt more of being a friend that they can trust with their problems and their issues. As a result, it helps me achieve more when working with others in different settings including home, workplace, and society in general.
